Simply Bruges, Belgium

Many of us haven't heard about Bruges.  Bruges is an hour away from Brussles by train.  Along with a few other canal - based northern cities, it is sometimes referred to as "The Venice of the North."

It was a quiet and rainy morning while strolling in this very simple City that I had never heard before.  The old laid back life of the people was overwhelming.

Who would not fall in love with the place that looks like the scenery of the romantic love stories?  The cobblestone brick streets leads to small shops and houses that looks like the pictures in history books.  It is simply marvelous, simply Bruges.

Minnewater Lake - a romantic canalized lake view just a walking distance from the metro station in Bruges.  Because of this idyllic surrounding it is mostly referred to as the Lake of Love.  The Dutch word Minne means love.  One of the symbol of Bruges is the swan.  There are plenty of them in the Minnewater Lake.

Bruges Town

The town is full of little touristy shops that you won't be disappointed.  This town centre is loaded with history and charm.  It is like you are in a fairytale land while strolling Bruges which is full of medieval taste.

If you are into peace and serenity, this place is worth traveling for and you will finish strolling Bruges in a day.

This is the most exhilarating post I’ve written so far, as today’s content is all about the baby in my tummy who is expected to arrive on April 2018.   Riggi and I are truly humbled by God’s continuous blessing. I am Home - My Beach Summer Wedding

I said "YES" in Osaka, Japan.

As they said you'll get "lost in translation in Japan," I was lost for a moment.  I was lost for words and never even imagined that Osaka, Japan will be a memorable trip for me. In the morning of Friday the 13th May 2016, I was getting ready for a stroll to a high rise Umeda Sky Building.  I never would have imagined that my life would change in just one magical question. I noticed Riggi keeps on changing his mind whether to go on top of Umeda Sky Building or to go to the HEP five ferris wheel as we were both so scared of the height.  Little did I know he was weighing on where to make his plans come true.  He then decided for Umeda Sky Building as he saw a poster mentioning about the lovely wedding which was held on top.  It was his sign, I guess.  Sure, getting on one knee while holding a ring box sort of says it all.  BUT this is not always the case. Why Friday the 13th?  Funny as it seems but my boyfriend being his usual postive ...
