Postcards from Venice, Italy

It was a sweet fine day in Venice – our next stop in Italy. We came from Florence (see my previous blog: http://miaybanez.blogspot.ae/2013/09/youll-find-me-in-florence.html by Trenitalia for almost three hours travel to Venice. Venice a totally different from all the other places I had seen. It is renowned for the beauty of its setting, architecture and artwork. The City in its entirety is listed as a World Heritage Site, along with its lagoon. It is sited on a group of 118 small islands separated by canals and linked by bridges.
